Arrive at Jomo Kenyatta International Airport where your IntelSafari representative will greet you. Receive your welcome documents and transfer to your hotel to relax after your flight.

After breakfast, begin your safari journey with a scenic drive to the Masai Mara. The first part of the drive is smooth tarmac, followed by more rugged safari roads — welcome to the adventure! In the afternoon, enjoy your first game drive in one of Africa’s most iconic parks.

Spend the day exploring the Masai Mara, home to Kenya’s richest concentration of wildlife. Watch migrating herds of wildebeest, zebras, and gazelles — and keep your eyes out for their predators: lions, cheetahs, leopards, and hyenas.

Rise early for a thrilling game drive focused on tracking the Big Five: lion, leopard, elephant, buffalo, and rhinoceros. Learn the history of the term “Big Five” and witness the incredible diversity of life that thrives on these plains. Enjoy another unforgettable day on safari.

After breakfast, depart for the Serengeti with a packed lunch. Cross the border into Tanzania after clearing customs and immigration. Your Tanzanian guide will meet you for an afternoon game drive en route to your lodge in the Serengeti.

Spend the day exploring the Serengeti, renowned for its abundant wildlife and breathtaking scenery. Follow herds of wildebeest and zebra, and watch for predators like lions and leopards. The Serengeti offers a safari experience like no other.

After breakfast, drive toward Ngorongoro with a stop at Olduvai Gorge. Explore this famed archaeological site with a local guide, then continue to your lodge on the crater rim for dinner and overnight.

Descend into the Ngorongoro Crater, an ancient volcanic caldera rich with wildlife. Spot elephants, lions, buffalo, black rhinos, hippos, flamingos, and more. Enjoy a picnic lunch in this incredible setting before returning to your lodge.

After breakfast, drive back to Arusha. Enjoy some shopping and lunch, with an optional day room for relaxation. In the evening, transfer to Kilimanjaro International Airport for your flight home — taking with you unforgettable memories of East Africa.

Cancellation Policy
At Intel Safaris, we understand that travel plans may change. Our cancellation policy is designed to be fair and transparent while covering the costs involved in preparing your trip.
1. General Terms
- All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email to Intel Safaris.
- Refunds (if applicable) will be processed within 14 business days.
- Bank charges, service fees, or third-party booking fees are non-refundable.
2. Cancellation Charges
- 60 days or more before departure – Full refund, less a 10% administrative fee.
- 45 – 59 days before departure – 25% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 30 – 44 days before departure – 50% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 15 – 29 days before departure – 75% of the tour cost will be charged.
- 14 days or less / No Show – 100% of the tour cost will be charged.
3. Special Considerations
Certain hotels, lodges, or flights may have stricter cancellation rules. In such cases, the vendor’s policy will apply in addition to Intel Safaris’ policy. No refunds will be provided for unused services or early departures once the tour has commenced.
4. Amendments & Date Changes
Changes made 45 days or more prior to departure are subject to availability and may incur an administrative fee. Less than 45 days, changes will be treated as cancellations and re-bookings.
5. Force Majeure
In case of unforeseen events beyond our control (natural disasters, pandemics, political unrest, etc.), Intel Safaris reserves the right to reschedule or cancel tours. In such situations, we will provide credit vouchers or refunds as per our discretion and supplier policies.
